Description
+ Coordinate and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
+ Maintain accurate employee records and update HR information systems.
+ Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee questions related to HR policies and procedures.
+ Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, posting jobs, and communicating with candidates.
+ Help track compliance-related documentation and ensure records are properly maintained.
+ Assist with performance management processes and other HR programs.
+ Prepare HR reports, letters, and other documentation as needed.
+ Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
+ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
+ 1+ years of human resources, administrative, or coordinator experience preferred.
