Become a pivotal HR Generalist with Labour Relations expertise. Foster strong partnerships while guiding recruitment, employee performance, and HR initiatives across a unionized setting.
In this integral position, you'll build relationships with employees and union representatives while assisting with all facets of human resources. You will actively support recruitment cycles, provide necessary guidance to the Payroll and HR Specialists, and coach on critical employee engagements such as performance management and grievance processes.
