Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource functions , with a primary focus on recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management .
Serve as the key liaison with government authorities (MOM, ICA, CPF Board, etc.) on employee matters, and coordinate with SFA and the management board on licensing and operational issues.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle , including job postings, interview coordination, onboarding/offboarding processes, and documentation.
Handle applications and renewals of employee work passes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Administer payroll operations , ensuring accurate salary computation, verification of reports, and timely communication of payroll details to employees and managers.
