Job Responsibilities:
Run daily HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, benefits, payroll support, and leave administration Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring for open positions in collaboration with department managers Conduct background checks and employment eligibility verifications Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs Administer HR programs related to compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance Review, track, and document compliance with required training, certifications, and continuing education Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees, applicants, and supervisors Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices Maintain awareness of HR trends, re...
