Reliance Medical Transport is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable HR Generalist to join our team. This role will serve as the primary payroll processor, while also supporting key HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, and compliance.

We are looking for a professional who can manage payroll accurately and efficiently while supporting a fast-paced HR environment.

Payroll (Primary Focus)


+ Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on schedule

+ Audit timecards, earnings, deductions, and accruals

+ Manage payroll changes including new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments

+ Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries

+ Ensure compliance with all payroll laws and regulations

+ Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation

+ Monitor timekeeping systems (UKG preferred) for accuracy
