Description We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join a growing team in Sunnyvale, California in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This role supports day-to-day human resources operations across recruiting coordination, employee records, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, and engagement efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment with confidential information, and experience working with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities:
• Manage recruiting support activities by coordinating interviews, assisting with candidate flow, facilitating background screenings, and preparing onboarding documents
