The purpose of this role is to manage the daily HR functions at the plant level, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, payroll, benefits, FMLA, performance management, and enforcement of company policies and procedures. The HR Generalist is responsible for staffing each plant location while implementing employee relations strategies aimed at increasing employee engagement and retention, ensuring proper confidential record-keeping of HR documentation, and payroll processing. Experience with ADP is highly beneficial.
