Description We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist to join a healthcare organization on a Contract basis. This role supports key employee lifecycle activities, from recruiting coordination and onboarding to leave administration, compliance, and records management. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a solid foundation in HR operations, and the ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
β’ Coordinate recruitment and separation activities, including preparing employment documentation, facilitating new employee orientation, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with departure procedures.
β’ Support recruitment efforts by posting openings, tracking requisitions, arranging interviews, and preparing offer-related paperwork for selected candidates.
