Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or any related course
- At least 2 years of HR experience in timekeeping, recruitment, and government-mandated benefits
- Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and with strong coordination and communication skill
- Can handle confidential information with integrity
Responsibilities
- Handle employee timekeeping, attendance, overtime, undertime, and leave records
- Manage end-to-end recruitment : job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination of hiring requirements
