Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and implement Recruitment and Selection Strategies aligned with the group.
Supervise the Training and/or Development of MOI, MOD, and Staff personnel.
Monitor the human resources indicators defined by Management.
Maintain the MOI, MOD, and Staff Headcount within target according to Forecast/Budget.
Comply with all applicable legal requirements related to labor matters.
Attend internal or external audits related to Human Resources.
Supervise and manage the services provided by external suppliers (cafeteria, transportation, cleaning).
Manage the plant’s Labor Relations.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum Education Level
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
