Our company is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive HR Generalist to join our Dallas team. This role will support a broad range of human resources functions—including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations—to help build and maintain a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Administer employee onboarding, benefits, and leave programs.
+ Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer letters.
+ Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
+ Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS.
