Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
β’ Manage end-to-end recruitment for Field Staff and support roles.
β’ Handle bulk hiring and fast closures for field positions
β’ Coordinate with Regional / Sales Heads for manpower planning and approvals
β’ Maintain strong pipeline through consultants, job portals, and references
β’ Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of field staff
2. HR Operations
β’ Manage complete employee lifecycle: onboarding to exit
β’ Maintain employee database, HRMS, and documentation
β’ Track attendance, leave, and field reporting systems (DCR/beat plans)
β’ Handle confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities
β’ Ensure policy implementation across regions
