This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for supporting the operational side of the business, by providing a first-class HR service. You will work under the direction of the HR Manager, assisting with the execution of their duties in support of the organisations vision to become more streamlined and competitive. Your main duties will include managing employee needs and ensuring all employees comply with company and government procedures. As an HR generalist you will perform daily administrative and human resources duties in the organisation assisting with the management of all employee aspects within the business.
