Position Overview
Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will oversee human resource function, ensuring that the Shanzo Kitchens franchise operating within multiple outlets recruits, develops, and retains high-performing staff. This role involves managing recruitment, training, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement programs to align with business needs and Walmartβs operational guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs for multiple cloud kitchens.
Coordinate with kitchen managers to ensure compliance with their hiring policies.
Assist store managers in recruiting both cooks and managers by developing talent pipeline through digital employment portals and other Labor sources.
The executive will manage and-or coordinate screening, interviews, Background check and then offer letter to employment contracts for all levels of staff (cooks, delivery staff, managers, etc.).
