This role is critical in ensuring compliance with labor legislation, the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), and company policies, while fostering stable labor relations and a productive workplace culture.

• Labor Relations: Administer and monitor CBA matters, address grievances, conduct investigations, and coordinate with union representatives.
