Monitor employees’ government services operations (i.e., GOSI, work permits, sponsorship transfer, iqama issuance/renewal, exit/reentry visa, and visit visas).
Oversee multiple platforms like Qiwa, HRDF, Muqeem, Tamm, Salamah, Fasah, GOSI, Mudad, Bupa, STC, Waie, etc.
Maintain employee e-files and ensure all necessary documents are available and updated.
Perform employee medical insurance processes, from enrollment to termination.
Maintain/renew employees’ contracts to ensure the validity and accuracy of legal content.
Organize and maintain database related to recruiting activities in an accurate and timely manner, and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Monitor and track the renewal of any government licenses, agreements, registrations/approvals required.
Maintain HR database, ensure essential HR information is maintained appropriately, and enter all the variables that affect salaries daily into the HRMS.
