As an HR Generalist III at Empresa confidencial, you will serve as the primary Country HR partner for Colombia and Panama, playing a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives in a complex, matrix environment. You will lead key areas including labor relations, employee engagement, policy and process governance, and compensation alignment with local markets, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and corporate guidelines. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and centers of excellence to drive a cohesive country approach, strengthen company culture, and implement data-driven initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. You will also act as a trusted advisor to leaders, influencing decisions and supporting change management efforts that enable business growth and transformation.
