Description
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist who is ready for the next step in their career and eager to help build and grow an HR function in a hands-on environment. They are looking for a motivated, hungry professional who wants to make an impact, identify gaps, improve processes, and help support a growing organization.
This position will work closely with the companyβs existing HR leadership and will touch many areas of human resources, including employee relations, recruiting support, HR systems, process improvement, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on, comfortable walking the floor, engaging with employees, and adapting to the needs of a fast-paced, around-the-clock operation.
