HR GENERALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Counsel a small client group (150-200 employees)

+ Partner with HRBPs and coordinators to identify department needs, recommend changes, and implement improvements

+ Partner with broader HR team in the creation of, documentation, and implementation of human resources policies, programs, and processes

+ Respond to day-to-day employee inquiries, questions and complaints

+ Facilitate internal transfers, oversee and facilitate promotion opportunities, conduct exit interviews, and identify trends to support retention, career development, and to minimize risk for the business
