What You’ll Be Doing

+ Serve as a go-to HR resource for employees and managers

+ Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations

+ Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and HR paperwork

+ Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

+ Support performance management, training, and HR projects


Requirements

+ Previous HR Generalist or HR support experience

+ Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
