This role will focus on supporting the organization’s human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will contribute to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for employees.
