We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist for a Germantown, WI area organization. This role will focus on supporting the organization’s human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.

• Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for employees.
