Description
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers and helps ensure HR policies and processes are followed consistently across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
+ Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
+ Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems
+ Support benefits administration, enrollment, and employee questions
+ Assist with employee relations issues and performance management processes
+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
