Key Duties & Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Deliver day‑to‑day HR operations including employee lifecycle processes: joining, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Manage HR documentation, personnel files, and internal record‑keeping.
- Draft and issue employment contracts, addendums, and HR letters as per UAE regulations.
- Support visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and related government processes where needed.
