Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE Labour Law hands-on experience across key HR functions and a proactive approach to supporting both employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding offboarding and employee lifecycle administration
- Coordinate visa applications renewals and cancellations with the PRO or internal admin team
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data is up-to-date and accurate
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant information (attendance leave deductions)
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings screening interview scheduling and offer letters
