We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Generalist to join BSI’s People team. In this role you will provide end-to-end HR support across one or multiple countries, acting as a key contact for employees and managers across a broad range of HR matters. Your responsibilities will include supporting the full employee lifecycle—onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations—while ensuring a consistent, high‑quality experience that balances local employment requirements with global processes and policies.
