Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end onboarding of blue-collar employees documentation joining formalities induction
- Handle attendance leave and overtime tracking in coordination with operations and payroll
- Ensure timely visa processing renewals and compliance with UAE labour laws
- Coordinate with PRO payroll and admin teams for smooth employee lifecycle management
- Address employee queries grievances and disciplinary issues at ground level
- Support recruitment coordination for bulk hiring interviews shortlisting joining follow-ups
- Maintain employee records files and HR systems accurately
- Monitor attrition absenteeism and manpower gaps and share regular reports
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and SOPs across locations
- Coordinate for uniforms ID cards accommodation and transport where applicable
