Position Overview
Responsibilities - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
- Prepare and manage HR reports, documentation, and employee files as per company standards.
- Ensure all employee-related practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with the PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, and absences, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including reviewing attendance records and deductions.
- Manage end-of-service calculations and processing of employee settlements in accordance with labor regulations.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
