Description
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a 6-month contract assignment. This role will focus heavily on benefits administration while also supporting a broad range of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, employee-focused, and comfortable managing day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee inquiries
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for benefits-related questions and issue resolution
+ Support open enrollment processes and coordinate with benefits vendors
+ Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
+ Assist with employee onboarding and new hire orientation
