Company in Montague Gardens is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for all Recruitment needs Posting Ads Screening Shortlisting Interviewing Offers Responsible to draw up Employment Contracts and other HR Documentation Creating and Updating Company Policy Procedures and the Code of Conduct. Managing Disciplinary processes Prepping Disciplinary Hearings ( including Evidence collection) Representing the Company at Disciplinary Hearings Ensure all HR Documents affecting payroll are sent and communicated to the Payroll Administrator. Prepare regular reports for monthly meetings and prepare professional presentations. Participate with Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives HR Administration & Support across the entire process. Includes Scanning renaming documents and placing in the correct employee file.
