As Human Resources (HR) Generalist Latin America, you will handle every aspect of the employee life cycle, while working closely with staff to ensure their needs are met. The HR Generalist will be accountable for a broad range of HR functions related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and will maintain oversight of personnel file archiving, ensure compliance with internal rules and national legislation, and manage data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for all staff in Latin America.
