Key Responsibilities Include
Manage key HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, role changes, employment contracts) in compliance with ERGANI DeclarationsManage HR data in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracyPrepare and manage HR documentation (contracts, amendments etc) in line with internal policies and proceduresManage time-keeping processes, including attendance tracking, leave management, overtime and shift schedulesSupport the implementation of HR policies and procedure across all business units to ensure consistency and clarityEnsure compliance with labor law and internal company policiesΑπαραίτητα Προσόντα:
