The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, industrial relations, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, and compliance with labour laws. The role will support the engineering and security divisions by implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives and enhance workforce effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, security, and administrative roles. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract skilled professionals. Conduct interviews, assessments, and background verifications. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. 2.
