Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support core HR operations and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. This role involves handling HR systems, employee records, compliance processes, and coordination with internal teams and external authorities, while delivering an efficient and compliant HR experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage attendance alerts, employee leave inquiries, and HRMIS updates, ensuring timely tracking, follow‑up, and reporting, including quarterly vacation analysis.
- Support the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, social security processes for Emirati employees, and regulatory exam registrations.
- Administer medical insurance for assigned countries, ensuring policy compliance, issue resolution, and accurate coordination with Benefits and Payroll teams.
