Assist in the recruitment process and manage on-boarding and off-boarding activities including, but not limited to, conducting a new hire orientation program
Manage the Company door assess card system
Monitor and follow up on contract staff renewals
Maintain and update employees profile in the HR system, ensure confidentiality of all HR documents
Handle work pass administration including work pass application, renewal and cancellation
Involve in employee engagement activities including wellness, training functions, staff recognition program, etc for the employees
