The HR Finance Analyst serves as a critical bridge between the Human Resources and Finance departments. This role is responsible for the financial oversight, budgeting, and analytical modeling of the organization’s personnel costs.

We are specifically seeking a professional with an Accountancy or FP&A background who is interested in applying fiscal discipline to workforce management. The successful candidate will ensure high data integrity, provide sophisticated variance reporting, and support the Head of Total Rewards in strategic financial planning.
