Responsibilities Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related administrative matters. Maintain accurate employee records in both digital and physical formats. Update HR systems for new hires, employee movements, and resignations. Support monthly payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and HR reporting. Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes. Administer employee insurance enrolments, updates, claims submissions, and follow-ups. Prepare job postings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Support internship and trainee programmes when required.
