Position Overview
Duties: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. Ensure prompt processing of work passes and employment contracts, including applications, renewals, and cancellations. Comfortable conducting presentations and planning employee engagement and wellness activities. Coordinate staff interest groups and organise company-wide bonding initiatives and events. Oversee and support employee programmes and activities. Proactively handle and manage employee relations matters. Prepare HR reports and surveys for submission and analysis purposes. Review, draft, and improve HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Provide administrative support for daily HR operations and functions. Liaise with external trainers and vendors to coordinate training programmes and course arrangements.
Requirements: 3-5 years of related working experience
