Job Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary payments.
- Monitor and maintain employees’ attendance and leave records.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and updates.
- Maintain and update employees’ personal and employment records.
- Assist with general HR administrative duties and documentation.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and departments when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.

- Candidates with relevant HR working experience are welcome to apply.
- HR experience in Malaysia is also acceptable.
- Responsible, organised, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and work pass processing will be an advantage.
