Position Overview
The role will play a critical role in implementing and supporting the HR Operations of an Employer of Choice in the Logistics and Manufacturing industry. As a HR Executive, you will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
Responsibilities - Manage the full spectrum of HR function and assist in payroll related matters such as processing overtime calculations for the logistics team
- Administer the recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, grievance, and off-boarding processes
- Maintain, upkeep of employees records/personal files to ensure proper documentations into HR systems
- Administer MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation and other related matters
- Support line managers in the induction and on-boarding of new employees
