Manage complex employee relations and disciplinary issues
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
Coordination and presentation of HR initiatives communication to relevant stakeholders whenever required
Collaborates with HR colleagues to achieve operational excellence and consistent high quality of HR processes and services
Proactively work with process owners and stakeholders to continuously simplify and standardize processes and systems to enhance efficiency and eliminate non-value adding activities
