Position Overview
Job Description: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires. Handle offboarding procedures professionally by conducting exit interviews, managing final settlements, and maintaining positive relationships with departing staff. Handle work pass administration, including application, issuance, and renewal. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance, leaves, and new hire information. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Work together with senior management to foster a positive work culture by handling employee queries, addressing grievances, and maintaining effective communication channels within the organization.
