• Apply, renew, and cancel work passes (e.g., Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit) via relevant government portals (e.g., MOM).
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid compliance issues.
• Liaise with government authorities and employees on work pass matters.
• Maintain accurate records of work pass statuses and documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with internal HR work process
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including document preparation, orientation coordination, and staff setup.
• Assist with administrative duties as per assigned by HR Manager
