Job Description
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
- Coordinate outsourced payroll, ensuring accurate monthly inputs (attendance, leave, claims) and timely payroll processing.
- Handle employee relations and act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries (leave, claims, basic HR support).
- Maintain HR compliance and ensure all employee data and documentation are handled with strict confidentiality.
- Support the Office Manager and management team in day-to-day HR operations and continuous process improvement.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role.
