Key Responsibilities: 1.HR digital transformation and process improvement Coordinate HR projects (e.g. system rollouts, digitalisation initiatives, employee experience improvements). Map, review, and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage timelines, and track deliverables. Support change management activities, including communication and basic training.
