Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition approval to job offer and onboarding. Sourcing & Screening:
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.) to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Reporting & Metrics:
