About the Role Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization with a workforce of over 500 employees. They are seeking a hands‑on HR Executive to support end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on blue‑collar hiring and operational workforce planning.
Responsibilities - Manage full‑cycle recruitment for both blue‑collar (operators, technicians) and selected white‑collar roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and workforce planning.
- Handle high‑volume hiring, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Work with external partners (agencies, job portals, government platforms) to build talent pipelines.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
