Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave, and timekeeping processes
- Monitor and enforce company policies, rules, and code of conduct
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and escalations
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies
- Coordinate salary processing and handle payroll-related concerns
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs
- Manage and conduct Monthly appraisal cycles, Semi Annual and Annual Appraisal Cycles.
