Position Overview
Position title: Human Resource Executive (Payroll experience) Location: Defu Lane
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 8:30am -5:30pm
Salary: $2,800 – $3,300
Requirements - Diploma in any disciplines with at least 3 years of working experience in HR
- Good knowledge on Singapore employment law and HR practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities - Handles recruitment matters such as job posting, conducting interview, preparation of employment contract and onboarding
- Maintain & update employee personal files
- Manages foreign workers matters such as work pass matters: applications, renewals, cancellation and etc. and accommodation matters.
