Chateraise Singapore is looking for a HR Executive (Payroll & HR Administration) Job Description: Manage recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviews and follow up on confirmed candidates and job offers. Preparation of employment contract, work pass applications, renewals and cancellations, medical examinations for foreign workers, maintenance of employee data and documentation Orientation and induction of new hires Tabulate monthly staffs' timesheets and payroll processing for submission on every 1st of the month Manage all matters relating to submission of government required surveys and mandatory documentations General HR function and provide other administrative support and duties as assigned Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Development, or related field.
