Qualification : MBA / MPM / MSW HR

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll, attendance, leaves, CTC fitment, and F&F settlements.

• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, wages, OT, audits).

• Handle onboarding, confirmations, performance reviews, and exit formalities.

• Manage manpower planning with contractors and apprentice programs (NAPS/NATS).

• Support IR, grievance handling, dispute resolution, and disciplinary actions.

• Oversee plant administration (canteen, security, transport, travel bookings).

• Prepare HR MIS, monthly reports, budgets, and lead employee engagement activities.
